Stirling work for Stranraer
Stephen Stirling's second-half goal was the difference as Stranraer beat Clyde 1-0 at Stair Park.
Chances were at a premium in the first half but Craig Malcolm came closest for the home side just before the interval, his effort coming back off the bar.
The Blues took the lead 10 minutes after the restart when Stirling finished inside the area after his original effort was blocked.
Christopher Aitken's free-kick almost produced a second goal minutes later but David Crawford produced a fine save to keep it out.
The visiting keeper was called on shortly after, Martin Grehan was next to be denied by another good stop.
Clyde struggled to create any clear-cut chances as Stranraer held firm to extend their unbeaten run to four matches and close the gap on league leaders Alloa.
