Head coach Stuart Millar told Clyde's website: "We believe he has the potential to be a top goalie.
"JC has been a top target since my appointment. We now have two quality goalkeepers at the club in Jordan Allan and JC Hutchison."
Millar thanked Camelon for their "professionalism throughout the negotiations".
